Description

Can you find 10 skilled Sales people for portable Watalys water disinfection system ? Pakistan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Northern India and the Middle East ?

We need you to help us set up a list of 10 qualified candidates to act as Sales Agent, Sales Representative and/or Sales Distributors for our water disinfection device.

To do this job you need to be capable of finding people willing to promote or sell a product to humanitarian or Non-Governmental Organizations or Water related professionals. If you are smart this is easy for you.

The candidates you are submitting to us should match the following criteria:
• Be based in Pakistan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Northern India or the Middle East
• Be well connected and have a perfect understanding of local business practices
• Have good sales experience
• Background in the water and sanitation industry preferred (retailers in the water business are a big plus)
• Acquaintance with Non Governmental Organizations or Government representative is a plus
• Basic forecast and demand planning experience
• Have daily access to Internet/email/computer
• Be fluent in English
• Be able to work on a commission based agreement

Definitions:
A representative: Can point us to potential deals and get a finder's fee or a sales commission
An agent: Purchases at least 1 kit upfront, manages customers, taxes, customs, shipping and dispatching the product
A distributor:Purchases of at least 10 kits upfront, keep a rolling stock, manages taxes, customs, shipping and dispatching of the product. Represents the company and its product locally through appropriate marketing strategy.

Milestones
Start by submitting ONE candidate along with full contact information and why you think the candidate matches the above-mentioned criteria. After we've verified this first candidate, we'll release 10% of the payment and approve you working on the rest of the list. In case the first candidate does NOT meet the criteria, our work agreement will be terminated.

Terms of payment

Fixed-price. No payments in advance. You'll get paid according to the number of candidates you can find (if you find 7 qualified candidates, you'll receive 70% of the total payment).
