Description

Looking for someone who can set up a Vicidial system on a home server, set up FreePBX on home server, and integrate with CRM (Vtiger or SugarCRM).

Winning bidder needs approach this project assuming the client knows nothing about servers, Vicidial, FreePBX, and CRM.

You will need to do the following:
1. Provide a list of needed computer hardware and software to set up server.
2. Provide instructions on how to set up hardware so that you can remotely install all software from your location.
3. Develop a screen pop, where the data call from Vicidial is captured and the user has the option of creating a new prospect client within CRM. Push/pull function.
4. Set up and configure the Vicidial to work with a Voip provider.
5. Provide instructions on how to import leads into Vicidial.
6. Set up 5 remote agents.
7. Set up FreePBX to work on home network. Instruction on setting up voice mail boxes, call forwarding, etc.
8. Set up CRM to work with 5 remote agents.
9. Be able to support the project after development.
