Description

I am looking for an Experienced technical writer well versed in creating highly-technical programming manuals for integration with a web service API.

This should be a 10 page manual, you will have access, via email or phone, to a technical programmer who can answer complex questions, but you do need to understand coding principals so you are not wasting his time.

I will be providing the technical API information, and your responsibility will be creating easy to follow in-depth documentation that clients can follow to integrate the web service into their systems.

Please do not bother bidding if you do not know what a web service is, and if you have had no strong technical writing experience in reference document creation for in-depth programming use.

I WILL BE ASKING FOR SAMPLES OF YOUR CURRENT WORK, SO IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE THOSE, PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER BIDDING ON THE PROJECT.
