Description

I am looking for someone to make me six custom pdf forms for my store. The pages will be 1 page each.

I am looking to pay about $30 for this job.

I need someone to take some pages and recreate them as my own by changing them. This is a easy straight forward job that will require you to extract the info from a pdf file and make changes and then recreate as a pdf document. You will need to modify the images so that they are different from the originals. I will want my store logo on these forms.

There will be approximately forms that need to be created.
