Description

I need urgent help fixing a problem with our Oracle database.

It is running on Solaris 10 and crashed yesterday. I cannot get Enterprise Manager to start and therefore I have no idea how to start the database and instance that was shutdown.

We have a huge budget and will pay big money to get it fixed quickly.
