Need help finding and setting up a simple domain management system.
Need to be able to add, and delete domains, and manage email accounts etc. with simple remote webscreens.
Need help choosing right Linux distibution for this.

Can do this easily. I suggest you use Debian Linux for this as it provides a very stable server platform.

Sir! You waste money. You should choose Debian GNU/Linux because of it's stability and easy management. Then install djbdns which is the most secure DNS server in the Open Source world, installing it is really EASY. Especially in Debian. Web system - choose TinyDNS, i was using it and it's easy and stable. Google should help You.

I would suggest looking at Webmin (http://mirrors.omnicomp.org/Webmin/ as http://www.webmin.com/ seems to be down at the moment) and either the Fedora Core distribution (free version of RedHat which is commonly used commercially) or Debian.
