Description

I have two server with Plesk and FreeBSD. The problem is that qmail not want run properly and the e-mails arrives with many hours of delay.

qmail-smtpd is running and binding on port 25 but have too many connections (about 30-50) but telnet on port 25 said almost always "telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused"

Action is required on the server as soon as possible.
