Description

I have a problem - I have a website that was designed by a web designer. I own the domain name, but the designer uses their own hosting and added the cPanel feature to the site. I like the cPanel feature as this is a site with a lot of features, but it seems as though I do not have full control over my website - I am unable to change passwords making it impossible to lock the designer (and anybody else that has the password) out.

I need help! Please provide recommendations.
