Description

I am looking for someone with a deep knowledge of
Google analytics to help me with my data analysis. I
have programmers at my disposal and I do have a lot of
reporting within my proprietary purchase order
database.

My programmers do not know google analytics and I am
too busy to learn it myself.

I have two main immediate issues.

Most of my sales happen over time on the back end
from my newsletter and various events and dialogue.
Although I track sales and revenue, I get a very clear
picture of what happens at the front end but only get
the broad picture of what is happening over time.

For example I cannot easily identify which content sites
are the most valuable to me over the long term in
Dollars of revenue generated. That is because there is a
disconnect between the record of the initial contact and
an ultimate sale after much dialogue sometimes.

I want to achieve a much more focused reporting of
sales revenue over many criteria.

I also want to be able to track the consequences of the
many changes and addition we make to our bidding and
split testing. In the short term I can see that, but the
volume and time elements make the task of analysing
that over time more opaque.

It is hard for me to assess the scale of this task. In the
short term it may just need a few days work. But if I am
happy with the initial work, I would consider a long term
retainer because we are constantly adding and
changing.

Hi Leo: Since I perform these types of analyses for $25, you'll be giving me a raise, lol. Since I'm not too worried about the money, here's the easiest solution you can implement in order to track your visitors completely, from start to finish. The best, easiest solution is to duplicate your site from that landing page forward with unique URL's and structure. As you can see, it would be simple to do and provide all the tracking you need, short and long term. Regarding performance of your Adwords campaign, I will be glad to look at the stats you have. I can check such things as overall CTR rates for each keyword phrase used and, perhaps, make a few suggestions for improving your campaigns. Please try to remember to use keywords in the new navigation tree instead of any series of numbers, letters or other characters which would have no meaning to the search engines.
