Hi,

I have a variety of things that need doing at my hosting company:

1. Someone to be on Live Support/Sales (will need to donwload the providesupport.com program). Some knowledge of Linux (cpanel) servers will be needed but not much. Sales is easy, everything is on the website.

2. Someone to restart servers and monitor the servers. Must be familiar with WHM and Hyper VM (used to restart the servers). We run proxy servers which need restarting quite often. You must be online at least 12 hours a day and monitor the server status every few hours - you can go to one URL and all our servers are monitored there.

One person can do both jobs or someone can do both.

For the first job, I will pay max $30-50 per week. This is because we dont get many live support requests. I just need someone who is online the majority of the day (at least 12 hours) to be online incase. There will be 5-10 requests per day and it wont take much of your time. Please state the time when you are available in GMT.

For the second job, I will pay $50 every 2 weeks. This job is not difficult. All you need to do is click a button to restart the server. You can see the server status at one URL and it really takes no time to restart the servers. There are only 2 servers that need restarting often (every few days). The other servers are monitored by an outside company.

Please quote your price per week and whether you want both jobs or just one. Also, for both jobs, I reward you well if you get any new customers!
