Ok I am looking for some serious Partners that want to work with our company to expand our loan modification kit to the entire United States.

I am seeking Call Centers that are fluent in English, work at home sales agents, work at home moms, ex loan officers basically, anyone that know how to generate sales over the phone. THIS IS A VERY EASY SALE. Understand this ! All these loan mod companies out there are charging between $ 1,500 to $ 5,000 and taking advantage of people when they are in trouble. I have been licensed in the Real Estate Business for 15 years and I personally have a mission to put a stop to all the over priced greedy people who pray on people. Please help the people! Most of the proceeds will be donated to other people helping people businesses. You or your call center can make allot of money with this project. I have set up a very lucrative compensation schedule for people willing to put in the time. This program can be sold to any one who owns a house in the United States. It's not only a loan mod kit, It tells everything about the loan business and exposes the loan officers and banks secrets that they don't want you to know. Armed with this kit a home owner will always get the best rate. On top of that, I have a loan modification company that will assist the client or do the loan modification for free. Just a way of giving back.


YOU will need to do:
- Provide your own listing of homeowners who are behind, struggling, facing foreclosure or in a FHA loan or adjustable loan. California, Nevada, and Florida are good states to target because of so many foreclosures. But any one can use this program.

-When you contact the homeowner, discuss the details and the homeowner pays for our "Loan Modification / Finance kit".

-We sell the kit for $499/ your commission is $150 ; if you can sell the kit for $600, then your commission increases to $200 per sale + i will give performance Bonus for good sales per week .

-The projected goal is to get around 100 sales / week,I can manage 4-5 sales per day alone so a good Call Center or Marketer should not have any problems making good sales .

-I will pay weekly for all Loan Modification Kits sold .

This program can only be marketed in the US, so all your phone people must be fluent in English. You must be able to supply your own US leads. Full details will be given via PM, including a website for you to look at and read and where you will take orders from . I will leave this running for a few weeks and the project will be on going. I must reach as many people as fast as possible to stop all the greedy brokers out there.
