something weird is happening on the server. For me and my friends we can all see my websites

cleared all cache and can still them. Yet when ping sites 100% loss and i know something up cause business phones not rining at all!! this is not the first time this has happened. i dont know if its the way the server is set up or what is wrong. I need someone urgently to look at my server and find problem and fix to get my sites back online. also need this to be stopped from happening again
