I think there is 2 simple method to do that, 1st using cPanel which notice you the heavy usages of SMTP ( u can add cPanel on your machine for $10 USD from me tier-1 dedicated license ) or set a monitor in SMTP machine wich will cost 30$ USD extra for custom coding.
