Description

We would need to set up an asterisk/trixbox IP PBX to enable us to handle our voice communications with various customers in various countries using inbound local phone numbers (mainly Europe) and distribute inbound calls to remote call centers or local field agents.

We are looking for an expert in asterisk/trixbox Pro VOIP telephony in order to set up from scratch a turnkey advanced hosted PBX and configurate following features :
- Hosting and set up (on a server / host to be advised)
- Help to indtifiy numbers suppliers and configurate
- Multilingual IVR (depending on calling country, prompts supplied by us)
- Web Callback
- Outbound calls by agents to customers through IP
- Fax management
- Call forwarding depending on agent availability, time, language, caller, etc.
- Agent call recording (optional)

We only would consider working with experts with proven record/demos. Please serious bidders only with good Asterisk and VOIP knowledge. We will provide you with the exact information needed to successfully and efficiently complete the project before end august.
