Description

We are after a very simple Filemaker 9 Issue Tracking database with a contact and issue form:

Contact form:
-First Name
-Last Name

Issue Form:
-First Name (searchable from contacts)
-Last Name (searchable from contacts)
-Date
-Type
-Additional
-Title
-Details


The contact form needs to have a portal showing all issues attributed to a contact.
Some attachments to records may be required.

Allow 2 hours for initial creation and 2 hours for a revision/update once client has seen project. Must operate on Filemaker 9 and above.

I have been designing data bases based on FMP for the last 15 years. I will have a sample to send to you in about 30 mins. Nevertheless, the issue fields as you're requesting them would be a waste of time (having to pick out both First and Last names), that is if I am understanding your need. Also, I do not understand the following by you: "Allow 2 hours for initial creation and 2 hours for a revision/update once client has seen project. Must operate on Filemaker 9 and above. " Could you enlight me please?

Hello, I belive that you are looking for a database to track issues reported by people/companies (contacts). You want to be able to manage the contacts and issues as seperate entities as well as being able to view related information.
