Hello,

i have a client who wants to start a search engine like dogpile that grabs results from all major search engines, we need the full structure of how to achieve the final results of something like it along with multi lingual interface with auto detection, kinda like what google does, we will also need all requirements to implement the end product after development like servers etc...

documents should be well explained and sorted out to be handled for developers
