Description

We want to develop a “myspace-ish” site with extended user generated content management and some custom administrator panels.
The site has to interface with an existing web platform for content sharing and data gathering.
Here is a list of the main functions:
- user registration and custom agreement forms management
- modular homepage manageable from admin page
- artist page generator with partial layout user control (like myspace but with limited capabilities)
- artist page user administrating page
- user audio + pic + tag content upload system
- audio content format conversion (from wav or mp3 to pcm RAW data 8bit a-law)
- audio content format conversion (from wav or mp3 to wma)
- audio content format conversion (from wav or mp3 to 3gp)
- admin content preview and approval system
- Approved content transfer to existing platform (SUN)
- Data retrieval from existing ORACLE platform for statistics generation
- Full reporting on site stats

All implementation work on existing platform will not be included in the project.

Detailed plans will be provided upon non disclosure agreement signing.
Beta testing deadline: November 15 2009.
