Description

I have some ideas completely webbased consisting of:

- Webpage data-extraction
- Auto-fill forms on different websites (posting Ads)
- Monitoring & providing secure Database connection requests from 3rd party websites
- Building website
- Email processing between 2 persons thru my website. (emailadress hidden by encryption for both)


For this project you need to have something like 3 hours available so we can chat online. You will only listen to my idea and ask questions after you summarize my idea in a Word.doc.
You will then tell me if you can MANAGE (not execute) such a project. Either YES or NO, I will proceed to release Escrow.


If 'YES' is mutual then we will proceed to posting next project.
New project will consist of you as my assistant-manager.
Together you will write the full project (i will correct it) and you'll split it into several parts so we can post it on freelance websites.
You are well-aware of the skills we request from other freelancers. So you will help selecting the proper provider for each part.
If the selection is well done and coordination ok then we should get the project done very fast and get on with a new one.

P.S.: I am used to work with providers so communication won't be a problem. I only request you can write good english and you need to have a creative spirit (just like me, lol)

I think anybody can standard ask for $30 as this is only for listening a few hours to my idea. Only the next (real) project will be much higher.
