Description: I have a website design already created in Photoshop/Illustrator that I need to be created into a 18 page (wireframe) Transitional XHTML/CSS document. This needs to be 100% XHTML, CSS, AAA and Section 508 compliant. Clean code is a must.

If it does not pass these sites the project is done incorrectly.
