MIVA MERCHANT 5 (MYSQL)

As you can see our current front end is built in PHP with Miva 4 (uncompiled) used for the checkout.

We have a Miva 5 (mysql) store installed and we need the whole front end and checkout converted into MIVA 5 (mysql)

All current feature must be achieved in MIVA 5.
