Description

I need some simple modifications to an Access Database Template. I need it quickly. My budget for this is $40.00 and I need it within 24 hours.

Modify the following Access Database template

Remove “Provide Feedback”

Change the Following Labels on “Contacts” Form:

Region to Model Year (Format for xxxx Year)
Country to Make
Marital Status to Model
Spouse’s Interests to VIN Number
Children Names to Last RO Date (Format for xx/xx/xxxx Date Field)
Hometown to Last RO Mileage
Contact’s Interest to In Service Date (Format for xx/xx/xxxx Date Field).

Add field “Next Contact Date” to “Contacts” Table and on General Tab in “Contacts Form”.

Add to “Contact Types” Table the records”
Do Not Call
Ineligible

Add Reports:

1) Follow Up Calls
Prompt for Date Range.
Query Date Range on “Next Contact Date” Field.
Display results in “Contacts” Form.

2) Prospecting by Model Year
Prompt for Model Year Range.
Query Model Year Range on “Model Year” Field.
Exclude where “Next Contact Date” Field is not blank.
Exclude where “Contact Types” equal “Do Not Call” or “Ineligible”.
Display results in “Contacts” Form in descending order.

2) Prospecting by Mileage
Prompt for Mileage Range.
Query Mileage Range on “Hometown” Field (This Field has had the Label changed to “Last RO Mileage”).
Exclude where “Next Contact Date” Field is not blank.
Exclude where “Contact Types” equal “Do Not Call” or “Ineligible”.
Display results in “Contacts” Form in descending order.
