Description:	We need a simple creation that when a page loads a cookie gets dropped on the computer. Then when on the page, when a link is clicked a cookie of some sort is dropped to check the checkbox next to the link to remember that the visitor clicked the link. If the visitor manually unchecks the checkbox, then a cookie of some sort must be dropped so the page remembers that the visitor unchecked the checkbox. This must all occur without a page refresh of any sort. The checkbox being checked or unchecked must be remembered if the visitor leaves the site and comes back. We will need an explanation of the code delivered to us as well, such as how to implement the code and how it works.
