Description

We need an experienced Magento programmer/admin

I have tried for 2 hours to add an attribute called “ stone type “ which is added, but I want to be able to select the stone type when I am adding the info for each product. The site is a Jewelry site, there are 8 categories, anklets, belly chains, necklaces etc..
in each category there will exist the same type of stone, eg, there could be Amber chains, amber necklaces, amber anklets etc..

So, I need that when I am adding a new necklace, I need to select from a dropdown the type of Stone, for example, amber or amethyst..

then, when clients go to the advanced search they can select the database to display all products in whichever category the type of stone only.. so they would get a list of necklaces,anklets, chains etc only made from amethyst..
