Description

I have some small things that have to be fixed in my osc shop.

- My extra orders email does not work at all, I get nothing, neither the supplier or customer. Customers dont recieve order confirmation mail or invoice

- Set Newsletters and one country as default

- Change order number so they starts with higher number

- Swedish letters as å ä ö dont work with one page checkout in admin of customers' names and addresses, some crash with ISO and UTF-8 probably

- Shorten down one page checkout as we only have one type of shipping and payment
