Description: I have something that I need some help with. I need a solution that would allow me to have scrollable text in a table without using flash or frames. See this page:

The white space where all the text is, is the area I am referring to that I need to have two little scroll arrows maybe on the left side of that table that would allow you to scroll the text up and down so you could read it all. What I would like is to have the white space that the text is in look like the home page (click on the logo at the top of the page to see home page). Like that white space area. This would mean that text would be cut off on the About us page since there is more text there..so I would want that to be scrollable so that the overall page size always stays the same. Is there some solution to do this in my simple HTML formatted page?

I need to see samples of the solution if you have one...I do not want to see examples of your portfolio and your design capabilities. I need a DEPENDABLE and RELIABLE programmer that can work with the design and HTML page that is in the link provided. You can NOT stray from or compromise that design at all...I just need to have the text be scrollable. I need this fast! ONLY SHOW SAMPLES OF RELATED SOLUTIONS!! OR BETTER YET....If you want to show me how it would look and work with my actual page and it works and looks good...that would ensure you getting the job!

I do not want the typcial scroll arrows that you see on the standard browser windows...I just want simple little arrows...One at the top left and one at the bottom left to scroll the text up and down. I can provide the actual arrows that I want to use once I select the provider.
