Description

I need to have a scheduled process that will synchronize my in-store gift registry, maintained in Microsoft Access, with my Mysql database. The database contains the info for a gift registry in oscommerce. My Mysql database is on a server hosted by Hostmonster.

1. Synchronize all new registrants and their registries between Access and Mysql
2. Synchronize any deleted registries
3. Synchronize items purchased
4. Synchronize any additions or deletions of products
5. Synchronize any changes in registrant contact or shipping information,
5. Email store owner with any items registered for in the Access Database that are not currently set up in the Mysql database
6. Automatically run a sync that updates Access with Mysql changes when the Access db is opened
7. Automatically run a sync that updates Mysql with Access changes when the Access db is closed

There is no need to implement password encryption in the Mysql customers table. That has already been taken care of. Just insert a null value into the password field.

I also need to have a scheduled process that opens MS Access, exports two Microsoft Access queries that contain sql statements, and uploads them to my Mysql database.
