Description: We have an almost complete HD video clip site with the following needs:

- when users upload their high definition video clips, the site is supposed to automatically convert the uploaded h264 quicktime file into a preview movie and a poster frame thumbnail. We currently have ffmpeg doing this but it fails with mysterious crashes most of the time. We either need this ffmpeg implementation working, or if the developer is better with MEncoder, we're happy for that to be used instead. either way, it needs to be automated and working flawlessly.

- a facelift/redesign: the site is functional but ugly. we have photoshop documents of the new look and simply need it implemented, with some very small cosmetic functionality additions possibly requiring a bit of javascript. The site is a very simple video clip sales site. Feel free to explore the existing site to get an idea of how much work the facelift will represent:

- an upload progress bar: currently the upload process has a progress bar that does not work. We would like the developer to implement into our system/pipeline the progress bar made by these folks:

or something else similar if the developer knows of a better solution. Multiple simultaneous uploads would be nice, but not essential
