Description: BID: I've indicated my true budget but open to looking at all offers and discuss the job via PM.

JOB: CLONE the site www.U-Exchange.com and fully functional Admin. Then change the GUI for unique appearance so it's not so obviously a clone!

BONUS: If you are looking for long term work, we own over 500 websites and contract an average of 7 new jobs weekly. If you have the best bid and quality and are awarded a job by us, if we are pleased with your work even though this particular job may be low budget, you will be added to our listing of favorite programmers and all programmers who have worked with us in the past are notified via IM of all jobs before anyone else to get their best bids. Most of these programmers are kept busy by us alone. We have currently over 38 Full Time Programmers who do nothing but work for us but we are always backed up in work and always looking for new tallent to add to the team. This may be a low budget job, but a great way to get your foot in the door to much larger jobs we do.
