Description: We are currently running inlineradio on linux servers with Cpanel.
I need to set up a mp3 file share for audio tracks that are produced by my inlineradio.fm employees.

The closest script that I've seen is afian.com PHP file manager.
Although the only problem is that you cant preview the audio file or comment on it.
So I am thinking that this might have to be a front end access type of review and transfer for members to preview the file. This was something that looked interesting box.net

ADMIN CONTROLS:
# suspend members
# check who is uploading what files
# check who is downloading what files
# User has to upload XX files a month in order download.
# Set limits on downloads (files or size)
# Assign separate home folders to people

USER CONTROLS:
# Share folders between users
# Discuss over files and folders by leaving comments
# Browse & download from multiple directories
# Can only upload into their personal directory
