Description

I need a home page theme design for wordpress MU that has a login, and also a few header links. Similar to edublogs.org but a lot more simple, without the forums, tags, and supporters. This is for a simple business directory website.

After the theme is designed, I would like a fully working installation. I should be able to create user accounts and login as well as access all of the links with no problem.

You will need to be familiar with PHP, CSS and probably a bit of MYSQL.

I am also not sure whether or not my host can fully support Wordpress MU, since I had trouble making working users other than myself on it, so you will have to confirm whether or not I will need a new host before you start working.
