Hi,

Customers (requiring car parts) should be able to go in, fill in a form, providing their vehicle and car part needs, e.g. front brake pads, wishbone etc, which they can select from a list and can write straight in.

Their request should go into the forum based system, which is accessible by (the fixed fee monthly subscribing) car breakers, using their login details, taking them to a forum style list of all the requests being made. They should then be able to quote the customer via text message (SMS) if they have the part.

The system should have a text messaging system built into it, where the customer pays £1 per text message received (it should be possible to adjust this up or down from admin).

The system should have future pay built in for taking monthly payments from subscribing car breakers and a built in SMS system, where we can purchase bulk SMS from an SMS wholesale gateway.
