Description: HTML Code needed for our home page with the following functions:
1) It will extract the table information from: http://cdip.ucsd.edu/?nav=recent&sub=observed&units=metric&tz=UTC&pub=public&map_stati=1,2,3
2) This data will be placed and updated dynamically on our home page every time the site reloads the script will look for new data and capture that information.
3) The data from the original site will be broken down into two tables on different places of our website, on one page we will have the entire table, on another page we will have only a selected number of rows.
4) The script should be written so that we can adjust easily the specific rows that we need on a given page.
5) Because of the nature of this project, we will award it to the best working code, so please program a sample working code that we can test on your server.
