Description

Hello,

There is one page on my site I need the following done to.

1. There are 3 email opt in forms. These need to be deleted and new email opt in form code needs to be placed in their spot. (I will provide you with code)

2. There is a video on the page. This video needs to be deleted and a new video needs to be placed. Also the current video is aligned left the new video will need to be centered.

This job is a rush job and needs to be completed in an hour or less. Pretty basic work!
