Description

This project is for a forum intensive page. I want a setup like namepros.com except this will be a Canadian universities forum. So basically, I will want forums inside forums.
-In the first page I want general topics redirection to other forums. The topics will be for University by Cities(Ontario universities, Ottawa Universities, Montreal Universities, etc). This will redirect to the city of choice, where all the universities are already listed. When clicked, then you can post threads and discuss them.
-On the same page I will want to have a general discussion about topics, that leads to threads and not other forums, like University ratings, University discussions, Introduce yourself, etc etc.
-Marketplace to sell your textbooks are in every university forum.
-Marketplace to sell anything else.

I want a good project manager to arrange this and have a nice skin and logo to go with it. I need a great admin back end that lets me create topics, add universities, and basically do all the job an admin does; ban, censor, monitor, etc...

Payment will be in escrow after every phase. 25% when satisfied with front end design, skin, logo, and structure, and overall website. 25% when satisfied with backend functionality, 25% when website is complete and bug free, and 25% within 2 days after installing the website on my server to test fully and ensure quality. Please bid realistically, this is a straightforward project. Also, I have had issues with people not meeting their deadlines, so I will be deducting 20% of the last 25% payment for every extra day that you are delayed. So please bid accordingly.
