Description

I am making a website which uses a script called fsrevolution, http://www.fsrevolution.com. You can see a demo of the site/template at this link http://fsrevolution.com/demo/demo. As you can see the standard design is very dull and boring. The script uses Smarty Templates but I have very little experience in this area. I am looking for a designer who has experience with Smarty Templates and hopefully FSRevolution to implement some design ideas that i have had.

Other users who have played with the templates have ended up making sites which look like this http://www.rocketbills.com/index.php. I am after something which looks as stylish and slick as this. I have a few design ideas which i have put together in fireworks but you would need to do a design based on these.

I am after a freelancer who is able to design and implement the template. They must speak very good english and use msn messenger for contact. Im looking to get the template implemented within a week so please get bidding.....
