Install and slightly customize web directory with extras:
creating a simple, ( I like the way http://www.romow.com look like, and sectioned ), (the directory will be Green and Eco oriented).

- home page (text + directory); right column: Add a site + about us page + forums + Sponsor Links + latest news from RSS + )
- directory Category, Sub/sub listings( title, descriptions website + optional fields, PR of sites ) "top links" list of 10 on the bottom + )
(Log in one for all entries)
- forums (phpBB2 or equivalent)
- news -- RSS feeds set by admin
Directory Listing options: free, free with respc links., paid regular listing, paid deluxe, banner
integrate PayPal module with customization and automation
