Hello

I would like a programmer to redesign my footer, it should be a simple job, i have links in the footer now but would like to tidy them up so it would look something like this footer http://www.wroes.co.uk/ i would be fine adding the text and links myself as long as you show me where i need to change things, so really i just need the basic text done to start me off and the horizontal lines to divide each area.
