Please I only require serious bidders that can complete the required work in the project.

I am looking for the design and development of a rental classified adverts website which will allow buyers and sellers of property to market their property with agents. The website will be based around: www.cutthemiddleman.co.uk

The website will have a registration and login area for users and also a paypal payment gateway.

ALL BIDDERS please note and agree to the following BEFORE BIDDING:

1. You MUST have previous reviews and have a sample portfolio of your work.

2. I am looking for a rental script that can then be modified for the UK real estate market.

3. Although the project fee is negotiable, please note the maximum project fee is $300. PLEASE DON'T BID ABOVE THIS AMOUNT. The fee for the project WILL ONLY be paid at STAGES THROUGH DEVELOPMENT with the remaining balance at completion of the project. Escrow will only be released on successful completion.

4. You would be we willing to sign a project contract and NDA.

5. You MUST provide daily communication by email. This is very important. SORRY PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU CANT PROVIDE DAILY EMAILS WITH PROJECT UPDATES.

6. You will make unlimited revisions to the design.
