Description

I have a concept and need the right architect/programmer to implement. Using several existing technologies, I would like to the integrate to accomplish the following:

1. Customer/User database created - login is cell phone number (to create the SMS database -- also related to an associated e-mail)
2. Property database created - access to customers and potential customers
3. Customers page views are "tracked" as they navigate the database -- all history is captured and report forms are created to present the information to several audiences
4. Ability to "blast e-mail" customers with links in the messages that would direct customers to the database (specific record)
5. Ability to SMS message to individuals and groups -- again, this information needs to be tracked within the database
6. All messages to / from a customer (e-mail and SMS) must be logged, as well as database activity
7. Administrator / login rights for property owners (their properties comprise the property database) -- they have access to limited customer activity related to their specific property
8. Real estate agents / employees have access to the database to track the activity of their specific customers (need to segment the larger customer database)
