Buyer can provide several reverse auction scripts which may be usable but in any event Provider is to obtain a script, customize and install the script to specifications and satisfaction of buyer, provide hosting, and support the site. All payment to be through GAF Escrow. Will pay half into GAF escrow to begin and pay the balance by paypal upon completion if provider so desires.
