Design: I have a rough deign outline of the homepage that can be used to create a template for the rest of the site.
I also have the flash header which i need the menu and logo (just the words) changed to fit the site and have the sound removed.

Programming:
I plan on using WHM Autopilot for hosintg account creation. I have the script but it needs to be installed and configured.

I want to use 'Help Center Live' for hositng suport and live chat. The script is installed but just needs to be integrated into the site which shouldnt take much.

Forms: There needs to be a fundraisers registration form and a general enquiry form. WHM Autopilot should take care of the hosting sign up but there might need to be a bit of configuration here.

I have attached a rough site layout for your inspection. This really just shows the pages and how they are accessed from the homepage. I would like a hosting customers cpanel login directly from the homepage as well as them having access to their webmail.

It woul d be great if this site could be developed in a manner that would allow me to make mods to the design as well as adding the odd page here and there. If you could briefly describe how you would go about programing this site that would be great.
