I am looking for a website designer who can make me a custom paid to click website. This website will be like Mainbux.com and Neobux.com but more of MainBux really. The counter on the ads will need to could like it does on NeoBux , The referrals will be lifetime bought referrals like mainbux. there will be a statistics section with banner ad space bellow like mainbux. there will be a top banner advertising spot like mainbux. An integrated forum with the website like mainbux. There should be a menu at the top like mainbux. referral purchases must be available, upgrade request ect. Payout will be VIA Alertpay and I may want to intergrate credit card purchases into the website along with Alertpay. Cashout will be VIA Alertpay. everything in a paid to click website. I will need 1-2 banner designs, custom logo for the custom website. There must be an admin area where I can delete users, scan for cheaters, see payment request, advertising requests, referral requests ect. This admin page can be copyed from another paid to click website admin area it does not need to be custom but should have everything nessisary for me to run the website. I also need this done in a timely manner. I am willing to pay what it costs, I am flexible. I will need you to put this script onto my hosting provider for me, creating the databases nessisary. It must be fully functionable at end of project completion.
