Description

I am in need of a nice looking turn-key site for users to get their local daily weather reports for the U.S. (and Canada if possible?). I'm not sure which weather widget or feed service to use as the data source, but it should be free, fairly comprehensive and include current weather conditions and a seven day forecast. A good example of the type of data I'm looking for can be found here: http://www.ibegin.com/weather/us/california/san-francisco/

Here are my other requirements:
-Single page, user friendly, simple design.
-Basic logo and template design to be included in bid.
-Adsense/Banner ad compatible. At least one Wide Skyscraper Ad (160x600) and some additional smaller ads. I have my own (160x600) banner ad that I would like co-generated with the Google (160x600) Adsense banner ads, so please let me know if you know how to script an ad/banner loop that can do this and if it is included in your bid.
-Please let me know if you can incorporate cookie tracking so return users won't have to re-enter their location/city data each visit.
-Please include any relevant working examples/links of your work in the PM.

Funds will be placed in escrow and released upon completion of the working site.
