Description

Braithwaite Wallets, Inc. is a Canadian startup company that is seeking to publish a web-survey to do primary market analysis.

The problem we're having is that our web form wizard (JotForms.com) does not have a feature that allows us to display the survey results back to the user on the "Thank You" page (the page they see after they hit "Submit") as percentages.

What we need is as follows:

1) Someone to create a script that can take the results from our JotForm.com survey and display the results of the survey as percentages beside the different survey multiple choice answers on the "Thank You" page.

2) Along with the script, we will need the appropriate coding on the "Thank You" page to display the results in a similar way to the way they appear on the survey page (Bullet form).

I would like to get this project finished quickly (2 days max) so please reply with time estimate along with your bid. Depending on the success of the project and our satisfaction with the selected contractor, we could have further odd projects in the future.
