Description
We are looking to expand our Hard working full time freelancers network.WE WANT people that are Designers, Webdesigners and coders/programmers/developers!
WE will pay a MAX OF 200$ ** a month.
We have plenty of work and projects for you each and EVERYDAY.
You will be paid in a weekly basis, directly to your PayPal/Escrow account.
Individuals who submits great results and stick to project time lines can earn bonuses, hourly raise pay increases and more recurring (and bigger) projects work. And we will apply for better positions.

Web Programmers Web Designer/developers/Coders
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Hard working, Reliable, Experienced Web programmers. Will be working on a variety of different types of websites and web projects, primarily PHP. Expert/Strong skills are required in the following:
PHP, XML, HTML. My SQL, JavaScript, AJAX ,RSS Feeds, XHTML/CSS using W3C standards.
Excellent PHP and MySQL knowledge required. Strong expertise to install, modify a variety of scripts, template customization, database driven sites. Coders should be able to clone sites and customize them from simple to moderate complexity, good code that meets standards. OsCommerce and CreLoaded experience would be an advantage. Tasks may also include script installs/ setup & modify/customize scripts we are considering, adding various features to our sites, able to correctly clone sites. Building out HTML/PHP from templates, etc. XHTML/CSS using W3C standards.
You must be able to follow detailed design instruction from Design Lead as well as work creatively independently. We do clean design looks, no busy cluttered sites. You will working on a broad range of websites. Strong proficiency in website design & layout, templates ( monster quality) creation, web page layouts, comps/mockups, web headers, banners and image graphics. Ability to handle multiple projects and work quickly (without sacrificing quality) is a must. Excellent Dreamweaver & HTML required. Complete knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and the rest of the Creative Suite, Flash, image optimization and web issues
You will be working from our existing websites and/or our templates. Must be able to do webpage and template HTML & PHP build outs and customization. This is a requirement. If you do not have good (strong) HTML & CSS and basic/minimal PHP skills this job is not for you. Should be able to do template integration for back end PHP scripts if needed.
bids are for working a MONTH full time(40hrs a week) basis-NO PLACEHOLDER BIDS

p.s. This is full time work 40 hrs per week for 1 month.
