Description

I need a Joomla expert to clone www.loopnet.com style of asset listing site using Joomla/VirtuaMart.

Please sign up free and familiarize yourself with this website and its features. I don't care about the look and feel right now, so don't bother with design and logo, etc.

I would like to have -

- Most of the basic functions such as Search/Add the properties (just single property type)
- Showing the property location on the Google map in detail page (or Microsoft Mappoint, Yahoo, etc)
- Sort by any criteria on the result page
- Display Featured Property on the front page
- Membership Registration
- Payment Processing with Paypal, or major Credit Card with recurring billing solution
- MySQL database creation with small test data
- MyLoopnet section: Customer can browse listings, but need to register to send message to the agent. Also agent need to become a member to be able to communicate with customers. This has to be exclusively through the site. Just like GFA.

So, it won't need to be a complete clone of loopnet, but I need basic functions built in Joomla.

Again, I don't care about the look and feel. I need programming/DB/script installed.
