Description

Basically we just need the software setup to host our email list. We're not sure the benefits of one to the other so we would like the selected provider to give their opinion (we would prefer someone with experience dealing with this). If there's a better option for email list management we're open to suggestions.

We need hosting for it as well so we would like the selected provider to recommend a good place to host. We would like a server based outside the United States that isn't extremely strict when it comes to sending bulk email, again we're open to suggestions.
