I am looking for a talented designer and programmer to install and uniquely design a joomla-based website for our fraternity.

Our current website is:

It is very simple and we would like to move things forward to the next generation.

I want to essentially make the website like this but at the same time uniquely have it designed and not just a "Copy/paste" job
