Description

I need a professional web designer to help me create a multilingual website. For the basic design I might use a template, but I require an animated banner and up to four logos. Moreover, I need a contact form with an upload function in four different languages. The bidder must also be able to link all pages correctly (about 12 pages per language).

Please provide some examples of your previous work.
