Hello,

I would like to have a simple directory which is embedded into a website that I create where people can simply upload their company contact details after making payment through paypal. The header, foot and possibly sides of the site are something that I want to design as I will have advertisers images there but its the center of the site that needs to be the directory.

The directory must have a backend admin panel that has features to add / remove entries, change categories and so on which is easy to use for the non technical person.

There must be search options within the directory so that people can search for a company by name, location and type.

I would like to use my own design for the headers and footers which may change when people go into a category (for example when someone clicks on the accountants category and they are listed, the header and footer is my design that will display various images for advertisers that pay more.

Looks wise, I want it to look clean and contemporary. I like the simplicity of

www.creadirectory.com and www.phpmydirectory.com but I DO NOT want to have ratings and things like that - just a simple system that works well with a backend admin, and integrates easily into a website I make.

I may use what you create in terms of the directory in 2 other sites so it shouldnt be hard to install / configure for another domain name.

Finally, I need you to be contactable by phone in the early stages if I need a few small changes to the directory. This is very time critical and I would appreciate replies from only those that know they can fulfil my request on time, to budget and to specification. The very latest that this site must be made is 1st April 06.
